About the Alcona-Alpena-Iosco-Montmorency-Oscoda County Interlocal Agreement Committee:

The ILA Committee advises the County Approval Agencies in the joint development of a regional Materials Management Plan.

About the Alcona-Alpena-Iosco-Montmorency-Oscoda County Materials Management Planning Committee:
The MMP Committee advises and assists the Designated Planning Agency (Alpena County) and the 5-counties with their responsibilities to prepare, develop, and implement the Alcona-Alpena-Iosco-Montmorency-Oscoda Regional Materials Management Plan pursuant to Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended, and its administrative rules (Part 115).
